One block in librechat.yaml.
librechat.yaml when it starts. Add BankBridge there and restart.Read-only. Your agent can see balances and transactions, and nothing can move money, pay a bill, or place a trade. BankBridge doesn’t store your transactions. How it’s secured · Try it with sample data first
Add BankBridge to librechat.yaml.
mcpServers:
bankbridge:
type: streamable-http
url: https://bankbridge.money/api/mcp
requiresOAuth: false
headers:
Authorization: "Bearer bbk_your_api_key_here"requiresOAuth: false skips OAuth detection, because the header already carries your key. The key in this file is shared by everyone on your LibreChat server, and it reads the bank accounts of whoever owns it, so use this on a server only you use.
Restart and verify.
Restart LibreChat. The log should show [MCP] Initialized with 1 configured server and 12 tools. In a chat, select bankbridge in the MCP servers menu, then ask:
list my bank accounts and balances
To test the config before you sign up, use the key bbk_demo. It returns sample data.
