Msty Studio

# Add one tool in the Toolbox.

Msty Studio adds remote MCP servers from the Toolbox. Paste the URL and your key, and the Tool Console lists what it found.

Step 01

## Add the tool.

1. Toolbox → Add New Tool
2. Name: BankBridge
3. Connection type: HTTP
4. MCP server URL: https://bankbridge.money/api/mcp
5. Authentication: Bearer Token
6. Bearer token: bbk_your_api_key_here
7. Save
```

Saving also creates a toolset named BankBridge, unless you turn off **Create a toolset for this tool**.

Step 02

## Verify it works.

Go to **Toolsets**, open **BankBridge**, and click the `{*}` control next to the tool. In the Tool Console, click **List BankBridge’s Features**. You should see `list_accounts` and the rest. Enable the toolset in a conversation and ask:

To test the config before you sign up, use the key `bbk_demo`. It returns sample data.

Troubleshooting

Client connects but shows 0 tools.

Usually the client is caching an old config, or you're on a mode that doesn't expose tools (Ask/Edit vs Agent, for example).

**Fix:** Fully quit + relaunch the host app. In VS Code Copilot, switch to Agent mode.

401 Unauthorized on every call.

The API key is missing, typo'd, or got revoked. Check the Authorization header starts with \`Bearer \` (note the space) and ends in a key you still own.

**Fix:** Paste a fresh key from [Settings](https://bankbridge.money/dashboard/settings).

Tools return a NO\_CONNECTIONS warning.

You haven't linked a bank yet.

**Fix:** Visit [Connect a bank](https://bankbridge.money/dashboard/connect) . The bank-connect flow opens automatically, ~30 seconds.
