# How to see all your Apple charges, on every card at once

> Ask an AI agent connected to your banks: "List every apple.com/bill charge in the last 12 months on all my cards, with the yearly total and which ones repeat." It finds them on every connected account. To see what a charge was for, search its amount at reportaproblem.apple.com.

## Apple's view and your bank's view

Apple keeps a purchase history for each Apple Account. It shows what was bought, but only for the account you sign in with, and on iPhone it starts at the last 90 days. Your banks show the other side: what was charged, to which card, and when. If you have more than one card on file, more than one Apple Account, or Family Sharing, the bank side is the only place the full total lives.

An AI agent with read-only access to all your accounts can pull that side in one pass. With BankBridge connected to Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client, it's one message.

## Ask it

> List every apple.com/bill charge in the last 12 months across all my cards. Total them, group them by amount, and tell me which ones repeat every month or every year.

[Ask in Claude](https://claude.ai/new?q=List%20every%20apple.com%2Fbill%20charge%20in%20the%20last%2012%20months%20across%20all%20my%20cards.%20Total%20them%2C%20group%20them%20by%20amount%2C%20and%20tell%20me%20which%20ones%20repeat%20every%20month%20or%20every%20year.) · [Ask in ChatGPT](https://chatgpt.com/?q=List%20every%20apple.com%2Fbill%20charge%20in%20the%20last%2012%20months%20across%20all%20my%20cards.%20Total%20them%2C%20group%20them%20by%20amount%2C%20and%20tell%20me%20which%20ones%20repeat%20every%20month%20or%20every%20year.) (with BankBridge connected)

The agent calls `get_merchant_history` with "apple.com/bill", which matches the description on every connected account and returns the count, total and each charge. For the repeating ones, `get_recurring_charges` finds charges that come back at a regular interval and gives the typical amount, how often it repeats and the last charge date. Yearly renewals only show up with a window of 13 months or more, so ask for 13 months if you have annual plans.

## Why "apple" alone finds the wrong charges

The merchant search matches any part of the name, so a search for "apple" also catches Applebee's, and purchases at an Apple Store, which are usually hardware and accessories rather than subscriptions. Searching for `apple.com/bill` keeps it to App Store, iCloud and other Apple media and subscription billing.

Apple Pay isn't an Apple charge at all. When you pay with it, the charge shows up under the store you paid, so it never lands in an apple.com/bill list.

## Grouped charges

Apple says it may group several purchases and subscriptions into one charge. That's why a statement can show an amount that matches nothing you subscribe to. Two things follow:

- The **yearly total** is still right. Grouping changes how charges are bundled, not what you paid.
- The **per-subscription view** needs Apple's side. An odd amount is the one to look up.

> Which of my apple.com/bill charges don't repeat at the same amount? List them with date, card and amount so I can look them up.

## The demo household's Apple year

From the BankBridge demo account (a made-up household with fictional data), October 24, 2025 to October 24, 2026, pulled 2026-10-24:

Description

`APPLE.COM/BILL ICLOUD+`

Charges

12, one a month, all on a Chase card

Amount

$9.99 each

12-month total

$119.88

The demo is a tidy case: one subscription, one card, the same amount every month. Real accounts usually have more going on, which is where grouping by amount and the recurring check earn their keep.

## Matching a charge to what it bought

Apple's own tools, per its support pages:

- **On the web:** go to [reportaproblem.apple.com](https://reportaproblem.apple.com), sign in, and search for the amount from your statement. With Family Sharing you can switch to a family member's purchases.
- **On iPhone or iPad:** in the App Store, tap your photo or initials, then Apps & Purchase History, then Purchase History. It starts at the last 90 days; tap that filter to see more.

If an amount isn't in your history, Apple suggests checking other Apple Accounts you use and family members who share your card. ## Cutting the total

Once you know what you pay Apple, the next step is the same as for any subscription: decide which ones you use. Our [subscription audit guide](https://bankbridge.money/guides/how-to-audit-subscriptions-with-an-agent) walks through it across every merchant, and [catching price increases](https://bankbridge.money/guides/catch-subscription-price-increases-with-an-agent) flags a renewal that quietly went up.

Want to see it before connecting anything? The demo account has a year of a made-up household’s transactions. Add it to your agent from the demo dashboard, then ask: _“What does this household pay Apple each month, and is it a subscription?”_ ([what’s in the demo](https://bankbridge.money/demo))

On your own accounts, BankBridge is read-only and fetches live from your bank on every question. It costs $5 a month or $50 a year per connected bank.

## FAQ

### How can I see all of my Apple charges?

Apple's purchase history at reportaproblem.apple.com shows purchases for one Apple Account. To see what was charged to every card, connect your banks to an AI agent with BankBridge and ask for every apple.com/bill charge in the last 12 months.

### What is apple.com/bill on my statement?

Apple says apple.com/bill appears when you buy an app, music, a movie or other content from Apple, when a subscription renews, or when a family member makes a purchase.

### Why doesn't the charge match any subscription price?

Apple can group several purchases and subscriptions into one charge. Search the exact amount at reportaproblem.apple.com to see the purchases behind it.

### Are Apple Pay purchases Apple charges?

No. Apple Pay is a way to pay. The charge shows up under the store you paid, not under Apple, so it won't appear in an apple.com/bill list.
