Questions
What if my bank isn't listed?
Try the name exactly as it appears on your statement, or the parent bank's name. If it still doesn't show up, email hello@greatwork.company with the bank's name and we'll check before you pay anything.
Which accounts come through?
Checking, savings and credit cards for every supported institution. Brokerage and retirement holdings come through for institutions marked "investment accounts" in the search results.
Do I give BankBridge my bank password?
No. You sign in inside a secure bank-connection window, and for many large banks on the bank's own site. BankBridge receives a read-only access token, never your password, and nothing it connects can move money.
How many banks can I connect?
As many as you like. Pricing is $5 a month per connected bank, or $50 a year per bank, and one connection covers every account you hold at that bank.
